When you use GoNative Colorado, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, trip details (dates, group size, interests), and payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
We use your information to generate your personalized Colorado itinerary, deliver that itinerary to your email address, and provide customer support. We may send occasional updates about GoNative Colorado if you opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your trip data and contact information are stored securely in our database. We retain this information to fulfill your order and for a reasonable period thereafter for customer support purposes.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Supabase for secure data storage. Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and security standards.
GoNative Colorado uses minimal browser storage (localStorage) to remember your session and prevent duplicate free generations. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@gonativecolorado.com. We will respond within 30 days.

By accessing or using GoNative Colorado ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GoNative Colorado provides AI-generated, community-informed travel itineraries for trips to Colorado. Itineraries are based on a proprietary database of community-sourced knowledge and are intended as a planning guide only.
All recommendations, suggestions, and itineraries provided by GoNative Colorado are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any featured location, activity, or attraction. Trail conditions, business hours, road access, and reservation requirements can change without notice. Always verify conditions before traveling.
Paid itinerary tiers grant you personal, non-transferable access to a single generated itinerary. Each purchase is for one-time use. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute itinerary content without written permission.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our itinerary system or database, or misrepresent your identity or trip details to circumvent access controls.
All content, design, and underlying data of GoNative Colorado are the property of GoNative Colorado and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The community-sourced tip database is proprietary and confidential.
GoNative Colorado shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from reliance on itinerary recommendations. Use of the Service and participation in any recommended activities is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GoNative Colorado sells digital itinerary products that are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the product is created and consumed at the time of generation, all sales are final once an itinerary has been generated.
Once your personalized itinerary has been generated — whether viewed on-screen or delivered to your email — the purchase is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
If a technical error prevented your itinerary from being generated after payment was collected, please contact us within 7 days at hello@gonativecolorado.com with your order details. We will investigate and either regenerate your itinerary or issue a full refund at our discretion.
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error, contact us immediately and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
